Day two in Paris

WE had an some sort of plan for the day. We went back to the Eiffel tower and this time we bought tickets to go to the SUMMIT. The line for the summit was not too bad about an hour wait. We were able to see for miles and miles into Paris. After the tour of the Summit, we had a choice climb down the stairs or take the elevator. Hmmm. I decided to go down the stairs and my husband said "no way" he took the elevator down. I thought this would be a great experience. I was getting dizzy on the way down and after what seemed forever I reached Ralph and the bottom of the tower. He was shaking his head and laughing because  my legs were shaking from going down all those stairs.
After the Eiffel Tower went took the boat to different places around the city. We read about a Museum that had a lot of Picasso. Monet and Matisse art work. We are huge fans of their work and went to see all the great art pieces. After the museum we went to Notre Dame. This was such a gorgeous cathedral we were in awe  by its beauty. My eyes got watery because it meant so much to me to be there and see a huge part of history.
After Notre Dame I asked Ralph if we could go to Museo de Louver. He was a bit a tired and didn't care to go but when I mentioned to him that it was from the movie "The Da Vinci Code", he was all for it. We were able to see the glass pyramids and go inside the museum. It was closed of course with our luck. We read information that it was the place to see the Mona Lisa. We looked at each other and said "we have to come here tomorrow before we leave".
Later that night we went out to look for a real French cuisine. Our hotel suggested to go to this really popular restaurant. We went stood in line, they sat us at a table with strangers, the menu was all in french not a translation in sight.  We sat there for about 5min then left to the restaurant next door. We had a great dinner with wine. We had a wonderful day without any worries.
